MMEX closed on a single 126-acre parcel of Pecos County land. This is a matter of public record, available in MMEX-scam's SEC filings, and the Pecos County Clerk's records.

MMEX failed to close on the remainder of the property - this is documented in MMEX-scam's SEC filings, and shareholder letters from June 2018.

MMEX-scam promotors are always spouting off B.S., false claims, and misinformation - all of which can be easily refuted for anyone with more than two neurons to rub together.
