You are simply wrong Geodcan. You're stuck on a single minded mission of the past @ Breathtec. The Research Use Only breathalyzer will not jump through FDA hoops. It's use is for researchers. There's a whole section for FDA approval that's speaks on the issue of labeling RUO devices not for clinical trial purposes. The RUO device is on a fast track to market. Re-read the news release stating the whole point/goal of going the RUO route. Also, if Breathtec can secure a partnership with anyone of it's lead compounds, there could instantly be 100's of millions in play with Big Pharma. It's my true belief most here simply have no clue what management has told shareholders through a blitz of news releases. Stay on the sidelines my friend. We're not begging you for your money. Simply watch what happens sooner rather than later.

P.S. I'm about tired of hearing about Cannabix supposedly being the one out the gate first with a device. Pull back the layers and it's Cannabix IMO that now has more hoops to jump through than Breathtec. IMO many have it @ss backwards. Time will tell. Meanwhile, Breathtec is doing it's thing on it's on timeline as it should. It's not beholden to Cannabix as witnessed by a Cannabix shareholder that does not hold Breathtec. The same as Breathtec shareholders who don't own Cannabix. Why should either wait on the other to make it's next move beyond the tech actually being completed?

Can anyone show me where there is any language in the FAIMS Breathalyzer Update regarding the Research Use Only device(s) requiring "FDA" approval and/or 3rd Party/Independent Testing?
