awesome de. have you found a contractor yet to repair the damage to your palace? Must be fairly significant given the beating your tenants have suffered for weeks now and then last weeks punishing on top of it all.
Losing their deposit and paying for the repairs must be a painful hit in the wallet. But my guess is they would like to extend their lease if you would be willing after you double the deposit and jack up the rent.

I guess money is no object for some :)
