I only want PRs on past tense events. I dont want more BS pie in the sky projections. So instead of announcing hey we are someday going to close a managed fund. They dont tell us anything until it closes. Instead of a very negative response of you missed the deadline by 12 months and nobody buys on the news because it was expected last year. instead surprise the markets w the unexpected. Damn they closed an extra 100 million dollar fund. This is how you promote a company. Close deals for a year not miss targets for a year. Obviously there was something wrong with their planned managed fund purchase that must have been flagged during the audits. So shame on those BS companies for eatting up the audit time. They need to move onto companies that are honest and not cooking their books. Last thing we need is them paying too much for an asset worth half.
