Not that I trust that Solomon will do everything by the book (in terms of raising the AS in time if need be), but part of the collateral shares are due soon - that might help vs not increasing the AS (or Solomon might do another horrible deal to repay that loan so that the AS needs to be raised a lot)

According to the release the new owner have “old shares”.
Someone have been buying millions of shares past 6-12 months.
