Just to answer your question. This was how itro got started. Photo waist was being dumped down the drains (yes down the drains) in the cities of Reno, and Sparkes.From there it ended up in the waist water treatment plant, and from there the Truckee River, and then off to Pyramid Lake.The cities where told to clean it up or face hundred of million of dollars in fines. ITRO came up with the solution. The city implemented a use and, monitoring , and collection program to keep it from getting in to the treatment plant. This stuff is now collected and shipped to Itronics for processing into saleable goods. The story may be in Itronics company profile. I doubt you will take the time to read it.
