Think about it like this: let’s assume an individual has $0 in their bank account and no job. Banks will never issue them a loan since they can’t show proof of income, but they may have decent enough credit to acquire a credit card with a $6K-$7K limit. They go to Payless Truckers, put a down payment on a truck and start booking gigs as an owner-operator within days.
