You are missing the big picture. Yes, you are correct Eddie purchased SHLDQ out of bankruptcy AND that is exactly what I mean. Maybe Eddie cx Bk protection after 2/18 and moves on with company and share struture in tact.

Can you tell me anyone other than Lampert who purchased any part of Sears during the auction process? So far..... I have seen no other buyers liquidating any part of Sears.
