Considering the post you replied to, does your post imply that one or more members of the small group of investors rumored to each own 10% of erhc stock are current or future defendants in a lawsuit?
How does this relate to the fact that there have been no form 13D or 13G filed by the members of that small group? I never believed there was such a group, but your post seems to be saying otherwise. I hope someone has proof to back up these rumors of a lawsuit and "defendant is squealing like a pig" or a libel suit could be brewing, yes?
