Don’t they usually just file with FINRA to keep the existing entity and change the name and/or ticker?

Don’t get me wrong, I really hope it’s a name and ticker name change - Trimax Corp doesn’t help and is misleading from a google search

Wish the publicly traded co was called Saavy Naturals but they use Trimax for other business so that wouldn’t work
