This revolving door needs to stop. If Mnuchin directly stated (which he didn't) that the Obama Administration spent every penny of swept proceeds from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to pay expenses relating to the Affordable Care Act program, why would that matter to investors here? Where the money spent is a nothingburger. Why are we spending half a day debating some worthless conversation that won't make any of us a nickel?
