Here's another real world fact. Many shareholders who held through the 15:1 RS will need to see a $4.00 PPS before breaking even. TRTC is taking on more dilution at a very fast pace and will be back to the same bloated pig in no time with no chance for the long term shareholders to recoup their losses.

Correct, all knowledgeable ex shareholders know that the reverse split was due to massive dilution and running out of shares to issue. There will always be newbies that don't know any better that will allow their pockets to get picked by the more experienced.
