Photographic waist is (collected),and discarded, probable in the sewers, all across the world.

In the U.S. that would be illegal. Photograph development waste (photo labs, x-ray equipment, dental equipment, etc.) must be stored, labeled, and disposed of in accordance with EPA rules.THEN HOW DID IT GET INTO THE TRUCKEE RIVER.

But the good news is this - the amount of this kind of waste has dramatically decreased in the last decade. When was the last time your dentist used on-site development for X-rays? When was the last time you had a roll of film that needed to be developed? Everything is digital now, no waste. YOUR RIGHT! IT BACK ON THE RISE, BECAUSE OLD STILE PHOTO PICTURE LAST MUCH MUCH MUCH LONGER. OVER FIFTY MILLIONS GALLON ARE STILL PRODUCED. KOADAK HAS REINTRODUCE THE DISPOSABLE CAMERA.

Itronics is promoting their treatment of a waste stream that has all but disappeared. Too bad, too late. WRONG! PEOPLE THAT DO PHOTO ART STILL USE IT,BECAUSE THE PICTURE LAST LONGER.

So, they turn to tailings and leaching operations at mines. I cannot begin to tell you the number of flaky or downright scam operations that have claimed a new and novel process to treat old mine tailings, and leach ore. Until it is cost-effective.....no legit mining company will have anything to do with it.THERE'S THAT WORD COST EFFECTIVE. WE TALKED ABOUT THAT ALREADY. TEST HAVE ALREADY PROVED THAT IT WORKS. LODE,ITRO,INDEPENDENT LABS.

Dr. Whitney can keep on testing and promoting his "green technology" until the cows come home.THE COWS HAVE COME HOME

Mexus introducing this nonsense with ITRO is a diversion, a gimmick, and nothing more. Oh yeah, and it is a convenient way to sell shares to another pool of investors.....ITRO investors.DO YOU REALLY THINK BOTH COMPANIES CAN MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT MORE INVESTORS? DO YOUR OWN DD I AM NOT A SALESMAN. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

"the amount of this kind of waste has dramatically decreased in the last decade"
Good news indeed.
Now if only somebody could do something with electronic waste. You know printed circuit boards and such.
And then wouldn't it be fine if somebody could do something with all the cyanide tainted leach tailings? It would be really great if somebody could get rid of the cyanide and recover all the remaining precous metals from those tailings, wouldn't it?
