Gold over US$1300!! Is it finally time for a mining stock rally?

So many undervalued stocks. Of course we need not only gold but silver and the base metals to rally from the negative feelings about China's economy.

They are voracious consumers of every type of metal and if they slip into recession, it's going to be hard for base metals to rally.

The bad environment for mining stocks could have a silver lining. Hopefully companies have learned some thrifty habits that will allow profits to flow once prices recover.
