If you owned nanosux and had 12 active court cases all vying for your time and attention, and have lived in your house for over 5 years and not paid any mortgage payments in that time and have foreclosure courts, foreclosure auction house and mortgage banker vying for your time and attention and also have bankruptcy lawyers and BK courts contacting you while you are filing repeated BK attempts vying for your time and attention and also have the SEC and Finra contacting you and vying for your time and attention and also have the IRS and the DOJ contacting you and vying for your time and attention and also have your probation officer and meetings for mental health issues to attend vying for your time and also have your shareholders who you have publicly disparaged and shamed and can't stand attempting to contact you and are vying for your time and attention.

So, do you think you can actually have the time to try to run a basic phone app company with all that negative action going on?
