Dilution of the authorized shares for all of the companies concerned like KALY in this share selling conspiracy is mainly being used for debt and not investing. On Sept.30th 2018 KALY only had $1,900.00 in available cash so dilution it is.
Any idea how much KALY paid to purchase NCM Biotech or how much Ferri paid Charles Yawn for his preferred shares to take control?

Needing figures and getting figures are two very different scenarios. As soon as CE is removed I am waiting with cash. But until then KALY won't be getting it. The filings that were done were theatrics. Plain and simple. From yesterday's PR we now know that the CE is from some scam promotion. Notice how that little piece of info. was in the PR. Yet we have no update from corporate as to what the CE is about. GLTA
