The significant bids have still been in the lower .04s, so I reckon folks feel the big news is still a week or 2 away. Even so, I'll be pretty surprised if anybody is willing to dump down there, as it would most likely be difficult to get back in under the ask.
What's interesting to me is how long Arcaro intends to delay our reveal relative to the release of the lake victoria merger last Tuesday. One could argue it's irrelevant, but I disagree. I bet he has an exact plan timing-wise. He and new management will want to see some big-time money flow.
