If Israel exports are approved Sunday then Alper will have NO excuse not to be signing up clients left and right. After all the endless conferences, expos, seminars and incubators he has attended he ought to have a long list of people to sell to. Quality Green comes to mind. Even though he defaulted on the deal to build them a grow facility they should still be a potential client for Israeli exports.
However, if --when this bill is signed as expected-- Alper still can't generate any revenues then he's clearly the problem.
If so, I can't imagine why Cann10-Israel would want to associate with anyone that incompetent. North America is a huge franchise for them. If he's not capable of fully exploiting it guess they could always give him the boot. If that happens, BLDV ought to still be the beneficiary of 25% of the Cann10-NA franchise even if Josh has no managerial role.
