LOL yeah just like Rene and Pantheon Partners huh. Seems odd that they are both involved int he CEOS and TRON scam. Running the same scam on both tickers. Strange how nobody does any DD

On June 26, 2017, the Company authorized the issuance of 10,000,000 shares to Pantheon
Partners SRL LLC pursuant a Consulting Agreement dated December 1, 2016, which
agreement was amended with a new agreement on January 5, 2017, providing for common
stock in lieu of cash payment to Pantheon Partners SRL LLC. On August 18, 2018, we
issued the 10,000,000 shares to Pantheon Partners SRL LLC.
On August 18, 2018, the Company issued 9,900,000 shares to PatientTrac Corporation,
pursuant to a notice of partial conversion of the 3(a)10 Settlement Agreement.
