#6128 RE: worktoplay #6125

(worktoplay) ----->

1) That depends on the who and the how much.

2) The transition between developmental and commercial stages is always stressful and filled with question marks. Right now, I think most people are wondering where DNAP stands. Are they really moving into the commercial arena or are we going to sit through another 3 years of development? I think it's safe to say that most DNAP shareholders are under the impression that they are expanding due to relative success. My opinion is that they are drastically changing their entire business because the original plan did not live up to Tony's original expectations (again, not a bash...what is, is.). These two foundations are very, very different.

3) Authorizing new shares is one thing - the way the vote was handled is something altogether different (a farce IMO). I'm not going to kick a dead horse because I know you disagee.

4) Random thoughts-

IF we are looking at several more years in the developmental stage (ie, losing more money every quarter) then I would find it very difficult to justify handing out 80+ million shares to 3 employees - unless they have a measurable positive impact on the company. Why would a money losing company in the developmental stage need a CFO who is being compensated at or above the Fortune 500 level?

I'm not going to speculate about the current PP until I see real numbers - probably in the next filing.

Let's see what happens when the dust settles.
