This is a purely political trade. Its a disease called PD(PumP and DumP)
Syndrome it's contagious. What happened to you was something called "taking out the shorts" where they bid way above normal trading "Gap" up . The same happens on the way down. Where everyone thinks they have the stops in place but the short exceed them so the term "GAP down". Its going to be like that till March 30 England's Brexit.
