It is very simple...ADHC has nothing unique nor proprietary about their CBD business, except a label placed on another company's product. Consolidation in both the CBD and THC market has already been taking place by large companies. ADHC has no means to do anything that would pose any competition threat to those companies that are already well positioned in the sector.
