I do think that the new terms on the existing loans are helpful but quite honestly when the government shuts down your biggest buyer those terms aren't going to do a whole lot for you except by you a little bit of time. As for the name change to the best of my knowledge the name change is still pending. I fully expect it to happen ,the SEC goes by Bantek purposes of the CIK number.
