I hear you on why the new Admin failed to act if things were so bad. My guess is that they couldn't state the truth that they COULDN'T act until they got rid of Watt. But stating that would lend gravitas to plaintiff's demands for vacatur and so they sat mute with their thumbs stuck up their butt.
"What i didnt like. About en banc was they point out why hasn't trump administstion done anything? If it was so wrong"
That's the $64,000 question. I think I know the answer. Trump still likes to delegate authority and he put Mnuchin in the Treasury position as a favor to Icahn and told Mnuchin to handle it. Trump then moved on to other matters. Mnuchin was a POOR choice for handling anything because he is/was once one of those who put Fannie and Freddie in this quagmire. It would pain Mnuchin to have to swim upstream on his shyster friends so he's elected to sit on his hands and nod his head. From a shareholder's standpoint, he is a worthless and useless POS. I wouldn't trust him under any circumstances yet here he is in a decision making position. I would rather have Bernie Madoff or the like.
