I was referring to the Alpha article stating sears will def survive, but there would be share delusion.

•The common stock of SHLDQ will not be wiped out, but all shareholders should buy Warrants and Unsecured 12/15/2019 Bonds to protect against dilution.

So are the shares we own now, be worth have initially.
