And I have never said otherwise. However in Chapter 11 there are other options than liquidation, which is what is different from a Chapter 7. And we already have adequate info here to know what is happening with THIS Chapter 11. The company is not being liquidated. There was an acceptable offer during the auction period. SO we know how this is headed. Lampert et al are buying this OUT of bankruptcy. No bankruptcy. And tons of people on this site are trying to slant this like they know for certain the commons will be wiped...BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN BANKRUPTCIES. Well, that is certainly what happens in ALL Chapter 7 bankruptcies. But not in all Chapter 11. And acting like "Oh the judge could not agree and force this to liquidate." is ludicrous.
