Yes Berlin is milking it but it is mainly due to the puppet master Sidransky. He is just milking the new fools buying the stock to pay for BOD stipends etc. This guy has been milking the system ever since his Time magazine photo op in 1964 or whatever the hell it was. I would like one person in the world to vouch for him that they are a "patient" of this "doctor".
