Untrue. I think we're inside the 3 month window of closing a deal based on that term sheet. 6-9 months from the term sheet announcement is the appropriate time frame. We're right around 5 months.

And it had great results for a proof-of-concept. Rest assured it was performed with enough integrity that BP is eagerly eyeing the results...hence the term sheet on both OM and IBD.

B bankrupted Polymedix and will finish IPIX off the same

Polymedix had other problems and it was ultimately bad debt and another failed drug that sunk their ship.

B will end up as our savior. Hell, it might even save your life or one of your loved ones in the near future. I hope, when the day comes that you need a Cisplatin regimen, that you have the integrity to turn down the B-OM when the doctor offers it.
