so why does anything surprise you
just looking at it objectively,would moving into a shell with the os maxed over 2 bill and the float close behind be worth any thing other than pumping and dumping what ever's left. or would you like to start from scratch and give your company a shot at being legit?
one scenario's common ground,the other's a pipe dream. but it's their choice,as it should be. going public is a pain in the butt and without them there is no pinky gambling...perish the thought.
