smokey said listing with NASDAQ or NYSE is ...well I'm wording it stronger than he implied, but impossible. If Ballas IS dumping shares but he's listening, don't reverse split this stock, and take the pain of diluting into low trips, or just HOLD the rest for a while!

Ballas was listening in a way because he got the other five BIl with 3 months before it could be dumped.

my closing point is, MR. ballas, don't reverse split, and most of your loyal longs will buy into these trips, with broad bids. let the trolls howl, let the haters hate. if you MUST dilute....don't sell more than what is in the bid band (another reason why I doubt it's ballas, it's someone who doesn't understand what "sell at market" can do in such a situation

For those who say name change is taking forever....most of us have dealt with the law, filing for divorce, wills, etc. Well, I've done that, things take time, months even.
