I don't even remember the exact details. About 60M 0/S, of which 40M is owned by Marcus. Then there is some owned by Haddock, which is about the same amount that they clawed back from Shaheen (in what looks now like it was a good deal -- for Shaheen).

I think the rest of us own about 13M.

All Marcus needs to do is to find a group of buddies, have them offer us $1.3M for our 13M shares, then sit down with his buddies and take this private. Once it is private, they can sell it.

For whatever reason, Marcus cannot see his way past the lawyers to post numbers, and he feels he cannot do anything without posting numbers. So, we are at an impasse until Marcus gets desperate enough about wanting to take care of his family's financials and his Tesla habit. Once there is a will, Marcus will find a way.
