with no cash to pay stock promoters for their structural fraud ahead of bankruptcy, all we do is wait for that last toxic note to come to market and WHAMO! shares go to five cents or less.

It seems like the Chinese new year is as long as the Swedish summer holiday (which they blamed when the Nasdaq First North never happened). I cant believe they cant start the F-1 filing. All the major work should have been prepared with the distribution they already had planned.
