Yep I whole-heartedly agree wimusky, Rexista is dead, and even if he ever refiles it, I cant see him ever getting it through another adcom anyways, so what's the point in even bothering to refile it, or continuing to battle Purdue in court, when Purdue's patent expires in August anyways?

This whole train wreck stock and company has now gotten beyond the point of absurdity anyways...as there's no value even left to try to unlock anymore, and they missed their window of opportunity on everything in their ANDA and NDA pipelines to boot lol.

Odidi couldn't even spin a good story around PODRAS beyond that very 1st James Bond article someone wrote up several years ago...so clearly everyone who called PODRAS nothing but dream weaving bs to sell shares has been proven right too!
