They probably will issue more shares at a higher price. I have never seen a R/S like this. This is totally wrong. We as shareholders of this shell own the shares of this shell company. How can the SEC allows this to happen. They are supposed to protect the shareholders, not destroy them. I feel very bad for all shareholders. It is very sad. The share price will drop right after the reverse split is completed at least 50 percent no matter how many shares are outstanding. Shareholders will be wiped out. It would have been better to cancel the shares and issue new shares.
