My theory is that they had to sell shares in the market, to get cash for the farm. Then they will release the fins so they can hide the fact they sold the shares @dueces

Its not going to happen overnight Geez. Give them Some time!!! When you buy a house does it happen overnight for you to close on it ? Use common and business sense.
