JTFM: My thoughts exactly that they might spin off their Real Estates into REITS...which would be great. Sold half my position a while back since I felt they had a 50/50 chance. Good to read your evaluations again.

Well if the APA keeps the Commons
unimpaired - and based on Mr. Lampert
issuing stock in Spinoffs to Shareholders -
I can see him continuing to think of ways to
enrich Shareholders.
