I talked on the phone over the weekend with Larson Elmore. He has been out of the country.
He confirmed to me that he is the new CEO of ILUS, that his attorney has been working on the NVSOS documents and will update them this week, and that he has been working on several mj acquisitions that will be closing shortly. He also said PR’s regarding this will be released.
My take on him is that he is intelligent, well spoken and professional.
