I understood that International Royalities contracted with Tmmi and oversaw the ‘lab’.

In the last 10k, it was reported that Stan Ford was the beneficial owner of 15,700,000 shares. That consisted of options to purchase: 6 million at 0.02, 5.9 million at 0.10, 1.2 million at 0.16. And 2.6 million at 0.07.
