it's legit,don't think finra has your best
interests at heart. they played by the rules and it is what it is.
the problem comes in when people refuse to believe what has been starring them in the face for months. after all it's been on the agenda for two years and no one ever said otherwise,just postponed for a bit.
good luck,ya never know..try to close it as high as possible!!

I agree. Maybe they intend to give an option to convert to prefered shares before they do a R/S.
