2. Are they still on track for the buyback and have they started yet? A. Yes, still on track and have not purchased any shares yet but we will see soon enough. We will file form 4's for all the 250 million share's and issue a press release regarding the initial start of the buy backs.
3. Is their a particular price at which the company completes the purchases or does that not matter to Rotman's? A. The share price is not a factor.
4. When do you think will be the soonest start of the purchases?
A. We are working on compliance right now with the broker but plan on having everything completed and ready for next week.
7. The debt, its a big issue for some but honestly, a 50,000 and 100,000$ note are a joke compared to the trash out here in the otc. Is this the only debt you have left and aren't they due in a few months? A. Yes, it isn't a lot and we are definitely going to pay one of them off and the other one we are working on with the debt holder because they want 50% pre payment penalty and we will probably just buy that one out of the open market but we will see. These two piece are the only debt that are left within the company and aren't an issue with how much Rotman's makes a year.
