It seems exactly the same to me as the other OTC P&Ds. There are many scams with actual products, but claiming they have a product “sometime in the future” doesnt make it legitimate. There are scores of SEC actions against similar companies that had no intention of ever really going beyond selling enough product to sell millions / billions of shares.
