If GUSH is consolidating, then I'd have to say 'no' (price will consolidate for as long as it wants, until it doesn't). At that point, it will either break out or break down. If trend stays intact, then green line projects out to end of February 2019, yellow projects out to mid March 2019. However, I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict future price. If by chance, I'm correct, then I got lucky.
