Agree. They dont need to do a raise in the immediate future. They should let this little "run" level off, determine what they've got (if anything) from present warrant exercise, then, perhaps, a small raise. I don't know if I want them to take on any debt until they get clearance. That way they have some true, valuable collateral. They will need $ if they haven't partnered / merged by then.
