Nasdaq or not... as we know they have been attanding multiple investors conferences.. where managment could get a feedback from investors that they have hesitation to invest bigger money because of Mona. If they noticed that Mona person put limits on company's growth, they took necessary actions. This retirement today proves that they are putting company growth and shareholders value as #1 priority. Very interesting development.
