Impossible for this one to dilute prior to going current. The restricted shares in the fins suggest that the bulk of them are in mgmt.'s and mgmt.'s friends hands. There are maybe 2 chunks of 25m shares that appear to be in the hands of IR firms...so imo those 2 firms may try to clear and dump once this goes current...but logic strongly suggests that the bulk of restricted 144 shares in DKSC's financials will need to be utilized to complete the 193 acreage acquisition...and unless the players holding restricted 144 stock here have off shore accounts there's simply no way for them to be dumping all the while this one isn't current info status right...and if/when DKSC does go current on OTC Markets it would behoove White Chapel mgmt. to explain what they think the holders of the Restricted 144 shares here will do right cheers!
