It won't fly because we have only flipping bid sitters with 25K-100K shares. We need slapping investors here and for 1 or another reason there is no interest here low float or not. Everybody knows that 3M ask slap's brings us to 0.1 instantly but again nobody slaps the ask. People loading bid 17 and 19 and constantly flip for 20-50% gain. As long as this doesn't change this will not move. Again 300K was loaded at 19 last week and will be flipped at first run to 0.025+. We need whales here slapping the ask with blocks of 100K and more.
