Chan needs to concentrate on the technical/ operations side and hire someone else to drive sales. We need more direct sales channels. No need for him to spend so much time at investor conferences. Get the sales up and the street will notice. Right now I suspect a lot of those “institutional investments” are through passive ETF products anyway.
