PPS is an ever-changing variable. It doesn’t matter what it is today, tomorrow or 100 years from now.

And notes have never deterred a company’s evolution. The reality is that Payless Truckers IS a wholly-owned subsidiary and they’re profitable. No merger/acquisition necessary.
