Patrick with everything AXXA has on their plate of success it's a no brainer to grab as much of these cheapies before the PR/New starts to get released about the other $50 million of assets in property they are ready to close on. Throw in the other projects they are working on as well in their other divisions this Beast will be running for daylight.

Hitting the 2's very soon should be a walk in park since AXXA is already been flirting the .013 and higher last week alone. Thinking when they start the releasing of the News we're going to see a lot higher than the 2's IMO...
