The real importance of the filings and Attorney Letter -- at this time -- is that $TGGI will be able to issue its own updates after having gone Pink Current.
Once $TGGI is Pink Current there's no way OTC Markets can stick a CE, or any other symbol on $TGGI's OTC Markets page for having inadvertently prematurely released news. That's a functional item, which thirsties overlook, or don't understand.
